ReFocus Coaching for 2011
Four Models of Coaching
Coaching Cohort
This is new web based model for coaching. We form groups of up to 10 pastors who are leading their church through ReFocusing. There are three parts to the coaching:
- We will provide one hour of online training each month for the cohort covering some of the critical issues of the ReFocus Plan.
- We will have a one hour coaching conference call each month to provide resources, answer questions, discover best practices and encourage one another.
- We will provide unlimited individual e-mail access to the coach for individual coaching and resourcing

Leadership Cohort
This is a web based model for leadership coachng. We form groups of up to 10 pastors who are interested in Leadership Health. The plan is the same as the Coaching Cohort, but the subjects we will be covering include:
- Leadership Health -- Living fully into who you are
- Physical/Emotional Health -- Living into the rhythms of Sabbath rest
- Spiritual Health -- Developing accountability in our personal discipleship journey
- Relationship Health -- Finding balance in marriage, family and ministry
- Financial Health -- Finance planning and resources
- Calendar Health -- Building balance into our calendars

Individual Coaching
This includes one on one personal coaching for the pastor over a year. The focus is to provide encouragment, accountability and resouces as he/she leads the church in the Refocusing process. This coaching agreement includes two days of on-site work; monthly phone appointment; unlimited e-mail contact with a coach and access to NCS resources developed for the church who has decided to ReFocus. ReFocus Team Coaching
This includes one on one coaching for the ReFocusing Team. The focus of this model is to provide the team the tools and resouces to journey through the ReFocusing process. This one year coaching agreement includes four onsite visits to work with the pastor and the team in developing and implementing a quality action plan. This agreement includes unlimited e-mail contact with the coach and access to NCS resources. Contact us at office@newchurchspecialties.org for pricing for the team coaching model.
