Resolving Conflict in a Healthy Church
After nine years of research and working with over 2,000 churches in transition, we have discovered one of the critical areas of need is tools to resolve conflict. Conflict in and of itself is not the real issue. The issue is bringing resolution to a conflict in a way that honors God and helps the church become healthy.
NCS has several consultants trained in helping churches work through conflict in a healthy and God honoring way. We have designed a one day workshop for Judicatory Leadership, ReFocusing Pastors and Church ReFocusing Teams. We define the major causes of conflict, identify the conflict resolution styles, and determine the positive action steps and plans to resolve any existing conflict.
