Conflict Mediation
The reality of the past nine years is that there are times when churches find themselves in a place of major conflict that requires mediation from an outside voice. NCS has designed a mediation system for district/judicatory leaders. This two day workshop designed for district/judicatory leadership to help individual districts/judicatories develop a mediation system on their district/judicatory. The training includes an overview of the principles of conflict resolution, as well as defining the specific Biblical process of mediating conflict in the local church.
In those times, where the district/judicatory does not have a mediation system or simply wants to use a system already established, NCS offers for local churches experiencing major conflict, an on-site, multiple-day, Christian mediation/reconciliation service (consultation) to aid in the resolution of the conflict.
