Pacing Change in a Healthy Church
One of the critical issues facing the church is how to bring about needed change without killing the church or the pastor. NCS continues to develop tools and resources in this critical area of pacing change. We have designed a one day seminar designed for pastors and lay leaders that focuses on understanding how change affects the system, the importance of pacing change in the local church and how to determine the pace of change a local church can process. The workshop provides hands on tools to help leaders lead change effectively.
