South America:
God Is At Work! Let's Join Him!
Columbia: Police report 70 people die each day in killings, and another 8 are kidnapped. More than 2.2 million displaced Columbians have fled the rebel insurgency in the countryside to find a measure of safety in the city. Unprecedented Responsiveness: Long lines of 18,000 youth wait to enter the stadium every Saturday night to worship in Bogota. Each week another 500 youth commit their lives to Christ and the core values of prayer, fasting and holiness (CPM, p129).
Past & Current Initiatives:
Missionaries and national pastors have contacted NCS for permission to use our New Church University training materials that are now translated in Spanish. The book, “Falling in Love with the Church” has also now been translated into Spanish. NCS Senior Consultants have gone on Work & Witness trips and introduced the ministry of NCS to South America. Our vision is to take members of our NCU Hispanic Presentation Team from the U.S. and deliver Hispanic training in select South American locations. We look forward to the expansion of future training in South America as time and resources permit.
