This weekend consultation is led by Dr. Bob Huffaker, former Senior Pastor in Grove City, Ohio. Bob developed this congregation from 400 to an average of 3,200 over a 14 year period. The consultation includes a 10-point evaluation of such things as church structures, worship service, staff and board roles, outreach strategies, financial structuring, etc. The weekend begins on Thursday evening, goes through Sunday evening and includes a 2-hour interview with each senior staff member, as well as a Saturday meeting with the entire board. Dr. Huffaker's strength is his intuitive skill at assessing church growth blockages.
