- Church Health Survey
This survey helps measure the health of a local church in eight characteristics including Passionate Spirituality; Empowering Leadership; Gift Oriented Ministry; Loving Relationships; Need Oriented Evangelism, Holistic Small Groups; Functional Structures and Inspiring Worship.
- Life Cycle Evaluation
This evaluation tool helps a local church determine its current reality as it relates to where it is on the life cycle of the church. This tool includes many from the church in determining the placement.
- NCS Full Church Assessment
This two day on-site assessment includes all the assessment tools mentioned above, as well as, interviews with key lay leaders; written lay interview; facility evaluation; worship service evaluation and an attitude observation. It also includes a meeting with the church board and pastoral staff. The 25-50 page detailed report is delivered to the church with specific conclusions and recommendations.
