This one day seminar is designed for the finance team and/or church board. The focus is on how to design a budget driven by the vision and core values of the church. The morning is spent in a teaching time and the afternoon is spent working on the church budget. - Pastoral Compensation
This one day seminar is designed for the finance team and/or church board. The focus is on structuring the pastor (s) salary package to comply with and take advantage of current tax laws. The morning is spent in education and the afternoon on specific design of the pastoral compensation. - Budget and Compensation Workshop
This one day seminar is designed for the finance team and/or the church board. This one day seminar focuses on teaching how to develop a budget driven by vision and to develop a quality compensation package for the pastor. The focus here in on education and does not include the individual consulting time mentioned above.
