Executive Leaders Coaching
A new initiative launched in 2007 is executive coaching provided to district/judicatory leaders, denominational officials and pastors. This specialized coaching is delivered by other executive leaders. The focus is on doing a 360 assessment and developing a personal leadership development plan.
