Conflict Mediation
- Resolving/Mediating Conflict in the Local Church
This service is designed for those churches in the midst of conflict. The focus is on identifying the conflict and designing a process of resolution or mediation of the conflict. The process usually includes at least two separate on-site visits (one – four days in length) by the consultant. The first visit identifies the underlining issues and the second visit works through the process of mediation. - Understanding Conflict in the Local Church
This weekend consulting includes meeting with the leadership of the church on Friday night to determine areas of conflict and then an all day Saturday workshop format for church members to overview conflict and steps to take to address and/or prevent conflict from damaging the church. The consultant will preach on Sunday on the topic of overcoming differences in the church in a God honoring way.
