Assessment Training
This two day training event with the district/judicatory Leadership assessment team focuses on developing an assessment system for church leaders on the Judicatory. This includes developing a system for assessing church planters, ReStart and ReFocus pastors. We also provide several assessment tools that the district can use in developing a good assessment system. One of the focuses of the training is to teach how to better interview potential pastors and how to conduct a pre-assessment for church planters. This training is held annually. What:
- To equip Judicatory leaders to assess local church leadership and pastors.
- To equip Judicatory leaders to do pre-assessments and full assessments of potential church planters.
- To provide models for Judicatory leaders to use in developing an assessment system on their judicatory.
Who:
The training is designed for Judicatory Supervisors and other leaders who may be involved in the assessment process on the judicatory.
Schedule: Two Days
First Day 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Second Day 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

$250.00 for Partner Districts/Judicatories
$500.00 for non partners
