Implementation Strategy for Church Health
This four day(s) seminar/workshop (usually delivered on four Saturdays, but can be done on two Saturdays with two presenters) designed for pastors and lay leaders helps understand the Church Health Survey results and is full of practical ideas of implementation in each of the eight characteristics of church health. Those who will benefit most from this seminar are those who have completed a church health survey.
Each of the four days we will focus on two of the eight characteristics. The focus of each workshop is helping churches understand their scores and design next step strategies as the church moves toward church health.
