The “High Impact” Church Planting System continues bringing together our 21st century research of over 2,200 church plants, the common characteristics of the 7% that quickly broke through the 200 barrier and a guaranteed coaching/accountability system to multiply “high impact” church plants with our partner churches, districts, judicatories and denominations.
Because of our success in past high-impact plants, we believe the potential to grow strong, healthy churches in the U.S. and Canada remains VERY bright! The details and benefits of participating in this program are listed below.
- The NCS “High Impact” Church Plant System uses a highly selective assessment process. Only those who assess and demonstrate “high impact capability” will be qualified to attend and participate within the system.
- Once accepted, church planters who participate will receive the highest quality and most comprehensive church plant training now available in the United States.
- The “High Impact” Church Plant Training System is based on “best practices” for church plants and has a proven track record of success.
- Planters trained under this system will be exclusively coached by planters who have started and are currently leading high-impact churches. Coaching will last up to two-years with an additional six-month’s option.
- Due to the nature of the “High Impact” Church Planting System, the reputation of NCS, maintaining quality assurance, etc. all materials and system tools are copyrighted for use only within the contracted church plant.
- “High Impact” Church Plant System participants will be given all of the tools and coaching necessary to create strong systems required to launch a large church plant. These tools include but is not limited to the following system issues:
o How to prepare spiritually for the task of church planting.
o How to develop a strategic timeline
o How to prepare for the “Big-Day” and subsequent big days
o How to develop a two-year budget plan
o How to complete and file all legal, state and federal paperwork
o How to find the right facility
o How to avoid potential planting potholes
o How to assimilate first-time visitors
o How to use cutting-edge technology to your advantage
o How to develop a high-impact marketing plan
o Going behind the scenes for real-life high-impact plant experience
o Exposure to all of the key factors in fast-growing, dynamic church plants
o And much, much, more!
- All “High Impact” Church Plant System participants will be taken to two fast-growing church plants during the training process. This will include and provide real-life, hands-on experience and invaluable exposure. A key feature in our training is that high-impact reproduction is better “caught” than “taught.”
- Denominational supervisors and superintendents will receive monthly reports from the assigned high-impact coach on the progress of the planter and their attention to NCS critical details.
- Both the planter and the denominational superintendent or supervisor will receive autographed copies of Planting Fast Growing Churches.
