NCS Partner Denominations:

An NCS Denominational Partner is a denomination that is committed to establishing an on-going, working relationship with New Church Specialties. The capturing, cataloguing and communicating of our learning for both church health and church multiplication is our common objective. The services NCS provides to its denominational partners varies based on both the size and determined outcomes of the denominational partnership. Both potential benefits and multiple options to denominational partnership with NCS are articulated below.

Options & Benefits To Denominational Partnership

NCS Learning:

  1. The trial and error learning that NCS continues to collect and capture from our work with numbers of church plants, local churches and judicatories in the field.
  2. NCS learning delivered to the denomination may include detailed studies of the actual field results of New Church University training, size of church plants at Grand Opening, number who had a Parent church, the "rated" quality of the Parent, amount of money invested in the launch from both outside and inside the plant, etc.

Parent Church Training:

  1. Full access to the materials and learning NCS has developed for Parent Church Training. This could also include denominationally sponsored Parent Church Training events with an NCS Senior Consultant who specializes in Parent Church Training.

New Church University:

  1. The learning, networking and training NCS continues to develop and provide through New Church University. Recognition to all that the NCU is made available due to the generosity of the denominational partnership with NCS.
  2. If desired, opportunity for the denomination to sponsor a national New Church University event.

Church Assessment Consultant Training:

  1. Full access to the materials and learning NCS has developed for building a team of nationally qualified Church Assessment Consultants. This could also include denominationally sponsored Church Assessment Consultant Training Events.

Church Health Consultant Training:

  1. Full access to the materials and learning NCS has developed for building a team of nationally qualified Church Health Consultants. This could also include denominationally sponsored Church Health Consultant Training Events.

Planter Recruitment:

  1. Full access and participation in the development and delivery of the Planter Recruitment Process NCS has built for identifying and tracking church planters. Recognition to all that the development of the recruitment system is made available due to the generosity of the denominational partnership with NCS.

Church Planter Assessments:

  1. Recognition to everyone involved that the resources and tools to do Church Planter Assessments are made available due to the generosity of the denominational partnership with NCS.

Consulting Time:

  1. Days of denominational "on-site" work (to be determined by the partner).
  2. Phone calls & e-mails to all NCS offices for the entire length of the Partner Agreement period.

NCU Scholarships:

  1. Recognition everyone within the denomination that volume discounts for pastors to attend New Church University are available due to the generosity of the denominational partnership with NCS.

Web Resources:

  1. Full access to partners only section of the web site where we will provide free resources for Partners in our on-going development of a "learning environment."

Policy & Procedures:

  1. Access to updates of the NCS Policy & Procedures Manual for NewStart, ReStart, ReFocusing & Parent churches that NCS makes available to all of our partners.

Additional Benefits Available On A Tiered Payment Basis

  1. Access to the NCS "Grid-ing" Process for assisting District leaders in "spread-sheeting," assessing and tracking the health of their district. This includes the six categories of 1) NewStart, 2) ReStart, 3) ReFocusing, 4) Parenting, 5) Shepherding and 6) Possible Closure.
  2. Access to Level 1 & Level 2 Coach's Training materials and the delivery of nationally qualified coaches training for judicatory or denominationally selected coaches
  3. Assistance in building a denominational-wide ReFocusing strategy and delivery system.
  4. Assistance in delivering individual components of the NCS Integrated, Healthy Church Multiplication system.
