*How do I get small groups involved in serving? - Small Groups? Adult Sunday School? Discipleship?...What's a church to do? This one-day workshop is designed for Adult Sunday School teachers, small group leaders and those interested in becoming teachers and/or small group leaders. We will focus on what holistic small groups look like in the 21st century.
- Developing a Small Group system that is sustainable. This one day workshop designed for pastors and small group leaders focuses on a small group model that can be sustain over the long term. The focus is on multiplying leaders and encouraging participation by an increasing number of people.
- SMALL GROUPS — NOT ANOTHER PROGRAM This one day workshop will ask five questions to be answered by a church’s leadership before launching a transition from a traditional program toward a network of lay-led small groups. The four benefits of healthy groups will be explored plus ten suggestions that will assure success.
