District/Judicatory Assessment
One of the keys to a strong NewStart, ReStart and ReFocusing movement is building a good assessment system on the district/judicatory. New Church Specialties has worked hard at researching and developing tools to help build good assesment systems. Those assessment systems are divided into four catergories.
- NCS provides a church and leader assessment training for district/judicatory leaders. For more information on this training click here.
- NCS provides behavior assessments for church planters, restart pastors and refocus pastors. For more information on leader assessment click here.
- NCS has developed a system to be used by district/judicatories for assessing those preparing for ministry. There are two options for delivery. One, we can work with leaders on the district to develop a district/judicatory system. Two, we can oversee the assessment process for districts/judicatories.
